1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. boy138 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any bonuses, winnings, or funds associated with duplicate Accounts will be forfeited. boy138 uses advanced fraud-detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts based on name, address, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, and other technical identifiers.

2.5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within this timeframe, contact our customer support team via live chat with your transaction reference number.

3.2. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. boy138 aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on public holidays (including Indonesian national holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day) may experience slight delays.

3.4. Anti-Money Laundering Policy

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Accounts permanently closed, and all funds will be forfeited.

4.3. VIP Loyalty Program

boy138 operates a six-tier VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond) that rewards consistent Players with increasing cashback rates, personal account managers, exclusive tournament access, and priority withdrawal processing. VIP tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering volume. boy138 reserves the right to modify VIP program terms, tier requirements, and associated benefits at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

5.1. General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. boy138 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after confirmation, except in cases where a technical error or game malfunction is proven. The maximum payout per bet and per Player per day is subject to limits that vary by game type and are displayed in the respective game rules. boy138 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes if:

• A technical error, game malfunction, or software bug occurs
• Incorrect odds are displayed due to human or technical error
• A sports event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled (specific settlement rules apply by sport)

• Offensive behavior: Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward customer support staff or other Players

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and possible referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1. Suspension by boy138

boy138 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Player is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is detected
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age
• The Player has multiple Accounts
• KYC verification cannot be completed or documents provided are fraudulent
• boy138 is required to do so by law or regulatory authority

In cases of Account closure due to Terms violation, boy138 reserves the right to forfeit all Account funds, including deposits and winnings.

8.2. Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus forfeitures or pending wagering requirements. Once closed, Accounts cannot be reopened.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the boy138 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and game titles, is the property of boy138 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or games
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape content from the platform
